Building confidence, capability, and strong partnerships
Building confidence, capability, and strong partnerships
At Ability Works Australia, inclusive employment isn’t just a value – it’s the foundation of how we create meaningful opportunities for people of all abilities to thrive. Every project is a chance to build skills, confidence, and connection, while delivering high-quality outcomes for our business partners.
Recently, Production Estimator & Supervisor Claire Brookes led a team on a complex assembly project for Fredon. The work required precision, consistency, and collaboration – and what emerged was far more than an efficient workflow.
Claire watched team members who once felt unsure of their abilities grow into confident, capable contributors.
“It was evident to see their confidence improve as they became faster and more accurate with each panel. Every day that I come to work here, I am always amazed by what our employees achieve,” she shared.
Her leadership reflects the heart of Ability Works: creating environments where people feel supported, valued, and empowered to discover their potential. Inclusive workplaces build skills, but also pride, resilience, and long-term capability.
The impact extends beyond our teams. After partnering with Claire’s group on the Fredon project, a client wrote:
“Thanks again for your effort on this and I look forward to working with Ability Works again.”
This feedback reinforces what we see every day: when organisations embrace diversity and inclusion, they gain more than a completed project. They gain trusted partnerships, stronger outcomes, and workplaces enriched by the strengths of every individual.
At Ability Works Australia, we’re proud to champion inclusive employment – because when people are supported to succeed, everyone benefits.
